The following documents are lists of every submitted planning application, including a project description the Current Planning Division receives on a monthly basis. 

What is the Application Status Today?

If you are interested in the status of any submitted applications, all you need is the project address or project number, and you can search the application status in eTRAKiT.

Significant Projects: Citywide Interest 

Not all projects are the same. We use the terms "significant" to identify projects of citywide interest and "large" for projects with 25 or more new housing units or over 25,000 square feet of commercial.
