The City of Santa Cruz offers the Community Request for Service Portal (CRSP).  This user-friendly application allows users to request service by dropping a pin on a map to indicate the service location, upload photos and specify request details.  Additionally it offers the option to send a notification to the requester upon service completion.

The request types are available in CRSP:

  1. Bike or Pedestrian Hazards
  2. Code Violations (including concerns caused by sidewalk vending)
  3. Encampments
  4. Graffiti
  5. Needles or Syringes
  6. Over-Sized Vehicles
  7. Potholes
  8. Sewer Spills or Backups
  9. Traffic Concerns
  10. General Requests (anything not listed above except high priority items bellow)
